【Intended use】

The kit is suitable for detecting African swine fever virus in tissues, blood or secretions.

【Test principle】

The reagent uses a pair of specific primers of African classical swine fever to combine with fluorescence probe, and uses fluorescence quantitative PCR technology to amplify the DNA of African classical swine fever in vitro. The kit is used for the pathogenic diagnosis of suspected samples.

【Storage conditions and validity period】

At -20 +5℃, it is stored and transported away from light, and repeatedly frozen and thawed for less than 8 times. Valid for 12 months.

【Sample storage and transportation】

The above samples can be stored at - 4 ℃ for a short time and - 20 ℃ for a long time, but not more than 6 months. Samples should be transported in 2-8 ℃ ice bags.Avoid repeated freezing and thawing .

All components in the kit should be melted naturally , completely mixed and Transient centrifugation before use;

Reaction tube should be stored without light;

After the reaction, when the instrument cover is cooled, immediately discard the reaction pipe, and do not open the reaction pipe;

It is suitable for ABIViiAii, Roche Lightcycler480II, ABI7500fast and other fluorescent PCR instruments;

For ABI type fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument, the signal acquisition time shall be more than 30s. In step 5 of circulation parameter, set 60 ℃ to extend for 31sec.
