Parameters

[Main ingredients] This product contains La Sota strain of Newcastle disease virus and JY strain of H9 subtype avian influenza virus.

[Properties] Appearance Uniform emulsion

Dosage form Oil-in-water type. Take a clean pipette, draw a small amount of vaccine and drop it on the surface of cold water. Except for the first drop, it should not spread.

Stability Draw 10ml of vaccine into a centrifuge tube and centrifuge at 3000r/min for 15 minutes. The water precipitated at the bottom of the tube should not exceed 0.5ml.

Effects and Uses Used to prevent Newcastle disease and H9 subtype avian influenza. Immunity is produced 21 days after vaccination.

Usage and Dosage Inject subcutaneously in the muscle or neck. For chicks without maternal antibodies or maternal antibodies (Newcastle disease and H9 subtype avian influenza virus maternal antibodies in 1-day-old chickens) not exceeding 1:32, the first vaccination is 0.2 ml per chicken at 7-14 days of age, and the immunization period is 2 months; for chicks with maternal antibodies higher than 1:32, the first vaccination is 0.5 ml per chicken after 2 weeks, and the immunization period is 5 months; hens are vaccinated 2-3 weeks before laying, 0.5 ml per chicken, and the immunization period is 6 months.

Precautions

(1) Do not freeze. Frozen vaccines are strictly prohibited.

(2) Chickens with weak constitutions or other diseases are prohibited from using.

(3) Before use, the vaccine should be carefully checked. If demulsification or foreign matter is found in the vaccine, it cannot be used.

(4) When using, the vaccine should be restored to room temperature and shaken thoroughly.

(5) After opening, the vaccine must be used up on the same day.

6) Local disinfection should be performed during vaccination.

(7) Used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.

(8) The offspring of breeder chickens vaccinated with this vaccine have higher antibody levels. Therefore, the immunization procedures of the offspring should be appropriately adjusted. It is recommended that the offspring of breeder chickens within the immunization period receive the first Newcastle disease vaccination at 10-14 days of age.

(9) When used for broilers, it is prohibited to use within 21 days before slaughter; when used for other chickens, it is prohibited to use within 42 days before slaughter.
