[Main ingredients] This product contains early-maturing strain of Eimeria tenella (PTWH strain), early-maturing strain of Eimeria toxicophila (PNYS strain), early-maturing strain of Eimeria acervulgaris (PAWY strain), early-maturing strain of Eimeria giantis (NMHL strain) and early-maturing strain of Eimeria buschetti (PBGZ strain).

[Effects and Uses] Used to prevent chicken coccidiosis caused by Eimeria tenella, Eimeria toxicophila, Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria giant and Eimeria brucella.

[Usage and Dosage] (1) Immunization Procedure Used for drinking water immunization of 3-7 day old chickens.

(2) Vaccination Method and Dosage Drinking water vaccination. 1 dose per chicken. Add 6.0L (or 12L) of water to each bottle of 1000 doses (or 2000 doses) of vaccine, and add 1 bottle (50g/bottle or 100g/bottle) of coccidial vaccine suspension agent to make a suspension. Provide 1000 (or 2000) chicks with free drinking. On average, each chicken drinks 6.0ml of coccidial vaccine suspension, and the drinking is completed in 4-6 hours.

(1) This product is strictly prohibited from freezing or storing near heat sources.

(2) It is only used to vaccinate healthy chicks and should be shaken thoroughly when used.

(3) Requirements for the use of drugs in feed It is strictly prohibited to add any anti-coccidial drugs to the feed.

(4) Requirements for expansion and litter management ① It is recommended not to expand the pen day by day. On the 7th day after coccidial vaccination, the brooding area should be expanded "in one step" to the brooding area required on the 17th day after vaccination, so as to facilitate the chickens to obtain uniform repeated infection opportunities. ② The litter cannot be replaced within 8-16 days after coccidial vaccination. ③ The humidity of the litter should be 25%-30% (when you grab a handful of litter with your hand, your palm will feel slightly damp).

(5) Do a good job in the prevention and control of immunosuppressive diseases. Many immunosuppressive diseases such as infectious bursal disease, Marek's disease, mycotoxin poisoning, etc., will seriously affect the establishment of anti-coccidial immunity and aggravate the reaction of vaccines. The interference of these diseases on the immune effect of vaccines should be avoided.

(6) Reduce the influence of stress factors. The 12th to 14th day after immunization with coccidial vaccine is the stage when the vaccine reaction is stronger. During this period, beak trimming, injection of other vaccines and migration of chickens should be avoided as much as possible.

(7) Used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.

(8) 12-14 days after vaccination, some chickens may have bloody stools, but no medication is needed. If there is severe bloody stool or chickens die of coccidiosis, sulfaquinoxaline or sulfamethoxazole can be used at the recommended dose for 1-2 days to control the disease.
