[Properties] Appearance Slightly viscous emulsion

Dosage form Water-in-oil-in-water type. Take a clean pipette, draw a small amount of vaccine and drop it on the surface of cold water, it should spread in a cloud-like manner.

Stability Draw 10ml of vaccine into a centrifuge tube, centrifuge at 3000r/min for 15 minutes, and the water precipitated at the bottom of the tube should not exceed 0.5ml.

Viscosity Should meet the regulations.

[Function and use] Used to prevent cattle, sheep O type, A type, and Asia-1 foot and mouth disease. The immunity period is 4-6 months.

[Usage and Dosage] Intramuscular injection. 2.0 ml per cattle, 1.0 ml per sheep.

[Precautions]

(1) Only for vaccination of healthy cattle and sheep.

(2) During storage and transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight and high temperature.

(3) Before use, the vaccine should be carefully checked. If demulsification or foreign matter is found in the vaccine, it cannot be used.

(4) During vaccination, routine aseptic operation should be performed.

(5) The vaccine can be used for cattle and sheep in safe areas, threatened areas, and epidemic areas.

(6) In non-epidemic areas, it can only be moved or transported 21 days after vaccination.

(7) In emergency epidemic prevention, in addition to emergency vaccination with this product, other comprehensive prevention and control measures should also be adopted at the same time.

(8) When a cow has a severe allergic reaction, epinephrine and other drugs should be used for rescue in time, and appropriate auxiliary treatment measures should be adopted.

(9) Used vaccine bottles, instruments and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.

(10) After vaccination, the injection site will generally swell, a transient temperature reaction will occur, and the cow will reduce or stop eating for 1-2 days. The cow may have a transient decrease in milk production. As time goes by, the symptoms gradually alleviate and disappear. Due to differences in breeds and individuals, some cows may have acute allergic reactions after vaccination, such as restlessness, rapid breathing, muscle tremors, visible mucosal congestion, rumen bloating, nasal bleeding, etc., and may even die due to untimely rescue. A small number of pregnant females may have miscarriages.
