Composition:

containing per ml:

Vitamin A Palmitate 15,000 i.u.

Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 mcg

Vitamin E Acetate 20 mg

Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10 mg

Riboflavine Sodium Phosphate (Vitamin B2) 5 mg

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 3 mg

Nicotinamide 35 mg

Dexpanthenol 25 mg

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 25 mcg

Also contains 0.1% w/v Chlorocresol as an antimicrobial preservative.

Product Uses:

Multivitamin Injection is indicated in the prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies in horses, cattle, sheep and pigs, particularly during periods of illness, convalescence and general unthriftiness.

Dosage Admin:

By intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Clean the area of the injection site and swab with spirit. Ensure that all injection equipment is thoroughly clean and sterilised before use.

Horses and Cattle: 20-30 ml

Calves, Foals, Sheep and Pigs: 5-10 ml

Weaners and Lambs: 2-5ml

Piglets up to 20 lb0.5-2ml

The injection may be repeated at intervals of 10 to 14 days. Normal aseptic precautions should be observed.

Contra Indications:

Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment. Horses, cattle, sheep and pigs may be slaughtered for human consumption only after 28 days from the last treatment.

Withdrawal period for milk-Nil.

Pharmaceutical Precautions:

Store below 25C. Protect from light. Keep out of the reach of children. Following withdrawal of the first dose, use the product within 14 days. Discard unused material.
