Components and content:

The main component of the product is Brucella S2 strain or S2 and A99 strains (CVCC 70502 and CVCC 70203). The product mix with 1:1000 diluted positive serum reference standard will show that the ++ tube agglutination reaction.

Characters:

The products is uniformity suspension. Stand for a moment, the product become a clear liquid, with a little sediment at the bottom. Both the positive serums and the negative serums are loosen clumps, and are likely get out from the bottle wall. The clumps will dissolve rapidly after diluted with diluent.

Indication

Use for the diagnostic of Brucellosis by Tube Agglutination Test.

Attentions

This Agglutination Test is not fit for the diagnose of rough brucellas.
If there are contaminant or hard and can be shake off clumps, the test can be proceeded.
The diluent is the 0.5% phenol normal saline, use up on the same day.
Shake well before use.

Positive & negative serums: 1ml/vial

Storage and Expiration:

The antigen keep at 2-8℃ for 18 month. To the expiration date, test the potency. If the potency meet the requirements, can use for another 6 month.

The positive serum and negative serum keep below 8℃, the expiration is 12 month.
